The system is built around the Supermicro X13SEI-TF Server Motherboard and powered by the Intel Xeon Gold 5415+ 8-Core Processor with a 2.9GHz base frequency and a 150W TDP. The processor provides dependable multi-core performance for NAS services, file sharing, backup applications, business software, virtualization, and other server workloads while maintaining an efficient balance between processing capability and power consumption. The configuration includes 64GB DDR5 ECC Registered Server Memory, providing reliable error-correcting memory operation for continuous enterprise use and helping maintain system stability when handling large files, multiple users, storage services, and memory-intensive workloads.

For the operating system and essential server applications, the system is equipped with two 480GB 2.5" SATA Enterprise Server SSDs, providing fast boot performance, responsive application access, and reliable solid-state storage for critical system files. Primary data storage is provided by four 12TB 3.5" SATA Enterprise Server HDDs, delivering a total raw storage capacity of 48TB. The enterprise hard drives are managed by the Broadcom MegaRAID 9560-8i RAID Controller and configured in RAID 6 using striping with double parity. This configuration provides approximately 24TB of usable protected storage capacity while allowing the storage array to continue operating in the event of up to two drive failures. The Intel Xeon processor is cooled by a dedicated 4U CPU Cooling Heatsink Fan Assembly using premium Cooling Thermal Paste Compound Grease to provide efficient thermal transfer and stable operation during continuous workloads. Power is supplied by a 1000 Watt Power Supply for Computer Case, providing sufficient capacity for the processor, DDR5 ECC memory, enterprise storage drives, RAID controller, cooling system, and future system expansion. All components are professionally installed inside the Rosewill Hearth NAS Pro Tower Chassis, creating a spacious and expandable network storage platform designed to accommodate multiple enterprise hard drives and provide efficient airflow for long-term operation. Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Standard 64-bit License (16 Core) comes pre-installed, allowing the server to be ready for business file sharing, network storage, backup, server applications, and professional workloads right out of the box.
