PANASONIC 48X IDE ATAPI CD-ROM DRIVE

This drive supports PIO mode 4 at 16.7 megabytes (MB) transfer, single word DMA mode 2 (8.33 MB), multi-word DMA mode 2 (16.7 MB) transfer, and ultra DMA Mode 2 (33.3 megabytes per second) transfer.
This drive can operate in normal speed mode (1X CLV), 8X CAV mode, 20X CAV mode, 32X CAV mode, and 48X CAV mode.
The drive has audio circuits and headphone signal output with thumbwheel volume control (on the front panel) and analog and digital audio output (on the rear panel).
|The outline mechanical dimensions of this drive is the industry standard 5.25-inch half height form factor. The disc tray has a powered load/eject mechanism that can accept either a 4.72-inch (120 mm) or a 3.15-inch (80 mm) disc.
The drive can be mounted both horizontally (default) and vertically.
