Description
Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1290 85721 LF HP 5189-4605 ATSC QAM NTSC FM TV tuner card. The Win-HVR-1290 brings over-the-air high definition ATSC digital TV and analog cable TV to your PC. Watch and record TV in a window or full screen using high quality MPEG-2. It uses a hardware MPEG-2 encoder, so you don't slow down your PC while recording. With MPEG data rates from 2 to 8Mbits/sec, you decide how much hard disk space your videos will consume (the lower the data rates, the less disk space your videos will consume, but with lower video quality).

Digital ATSC HD TV features
